CHRISTMAS RETURNS- all Christmas returns must be returned by Jan 20 for store credit only.
For DAMAGED Merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your items. Once you receive our Return Label, you can send back for replacement or store credit. Once we receive the damaged item we will reship or issue store credit. You MUST return the damaged item for replacement or credit.
Your online order may be fulfilled from different locations, so you may receive two different packages. Any out of stock items will be reflected on your packing slip or receipt and refunded at time of shipment.
USA - We ship domestically via USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority Shipping. Orders are shipped within two business days of purchase if item is in stock. Inventory is turned quickly, and you will be notified if item is no longer available. All orders will receive tracking information by email.
Free Local Pickup - Items may be picked up at the Fort Wayne location only during open business hours. Monday - Friday 11-6 or Saturday 11-4. You will receive an email once your order has been processed notifying you that your order is available for pick up.
Flat Rate Shipping - $5.95 Flat Rate shipping charge is available for all purchases up to $75. All packages will be shipped either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Shipping depending on weight. Packages are not insured.
Free Shipping over $75 - Free Shipping is automatic via USPS Priority Mail.
2nd Day Shipping $15 Flat Rate (USA) - Orders placed before 3pm will ship the same business day, and you will receive your order in two business days. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day. There may be additional delays due to weather, Holidays, and Postal issues outside of our control.
Returned Packages - Any packages returned for incorrect address will be charged a flat rate of $8 for reshipping. Please verify your address is correct before checking out.

Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you. WE CANNOT PROCESS RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT AND ATTACHED TAGS. NO EXCEPTIONS

Place unwanted merchandise with ALL tags included in the same polymailer used to ship the item. Please only use polymailers with original invoice or receipt.
Attach the Label over existing label used to ship your order, and take to your nearest Post Office.
All ONLINE returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days from original order date.
Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued.
All sales exceeding 30% off and items in our Final Sale tab are final sale and are non-returnable.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Online returns cannot be physically accepted to the Indianapolis store location, all online purchases must be returned to Fort Wayne store location, address listed above.
Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and tags attached. If there are any stains, make up or wear we will not be able to process the return. We will also not process any returns that do not have ALL tags originally attached.
Any item that is returned after the 30 day window, will not be refunded. If you would like the items sent back to you, let us know and we will ship back with an $8 shipping fee.
Please allow two business days for processing once we have received the return.
All jewelry, and intimates (Bralettes, Undergarments) are non-returnable.
All Sale items are non-returnable. Any Sale item returned will not be processed. Any return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer's.
You may exchange like items for different size only if new size is available. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if you wish to exchange, and received to our shipping center within 7 days. An exchange may not be possible if requested sizing is not available. All additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the Customer.
Please return item for exchange using your own shipping label, and once we receive the item and verify we have correct size in stock, we will ship your exchanged item with Free Shipping.
