Shipping and Returns Policy

We hope you love your merchandise! However, if you are not happy we can issue a refund via store credit.  Please note Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

Please read the return policy below and follow the procedure for your type of transaction.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE 

 For DAMAGED Merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your items. Once you receive our Return Label, you can send back for replacement or store credit depending on availability.  Once we receive the damaged item we will reship or issue store credit.  You MUST return the damaged item for replacement or credit.  

Shipping

Your online order may be fulfilled from different locations, so you may receive two different packages. Any out of stock items will be reflected on your packing slip or receipt and refunded at time of shipment.

USA - We ship domestically via USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority Shipping.  Orders are shipped within two business days of purchase if item is in stock. Inventory is turned quickly, and you will be notified if item is no longer available.   All orders will receive tracking information by email. 

Shipping Cost

Free Local Pickup - Items may be picked up at the Fort Wayne location only during open business hours. Monday - Friday 10-5 or Saturday 11-4. You will receive an email once your order has been processed notifying you that your order is available for pick up.

Flat Rate Shipping - $5.95 Flat Rate shipping charge is available for all purchases up to $75.  All packages will be shipped either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Shipping depending on weight.  Packages are not insured.  

Free Shipping over $75 - Free Shipping is automatic via USPS Priority Mail.

2nd Day Shipping $15 Flat Rate (USA) - Orders placed before 3pm will ship the same business day, and you will receive your order in two business days. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day.  There may be additional delays due to weather, Holidays, and Postal issues outside of our control.

International Shipping - International Shipping is a flat rate of $25.  We are not responsible for any additional tariffs or fees other Countries may charge.

Returned Packages -  Any packages returned for incorrect address will be charged a flat rate of $8 for reshipping.  Please verify your address is correct before checking out.

All Shipping Addresses are printed directly from your order, unfortunately we cannot change or alter shipping addresses.  Please verify your shipping address is correct.

Delivered Packages - Sorry we can’t be responsible for lost Packages.

Final Sale Items

All  final sale items are non-returnable.  All Sales items 30% off are also final sale.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy

Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and tags attached. If there are any stains, make up or wear we will not be able to process the return. We will also not process any returns that do not have ALL tags originally attached.

All jewelry, and intimates (Bralettes, Undergarments) are non-returnable.

Any item that is returned after the 30 day window, will not be refunded. If you would like the items sent back to you, let us know and we will ship back with an $8 shipping fee.

Please email us  at Sales@urbanhippie.biz for Free Return Label on US Orders.  Once you have received Label, you can re-use original Polymailer and simply tape new label over existing label and enclose package.

Please allow two business days for processing once we have received the return.  

Christmas Return Policy

Christmas gifts purchased on or after October 15, 2021 are eligible fore return/exchange for store credit until January 31, 2022. Items purchased before then will not be accepted. Returns are eligible for store credit only. No refunds will be given. Items eligible for return must adhere to normal return policy, i.e tags attached, free of stains, smells (perfume/smoke) unwashed and unworn and must be accompanied by a gift receipt. If the item(s) do not adhere to this policy, your return/exchange will be denied. The last day to return/exchange Christmas Gifts if January 31, 2022. After this date, Christmas gifts will no longer be accepted for return/exchange. 

Exchanges

Please email us at Sales@urbanhippie.biz to exchange your item.  Unfortunately we cannot hold items for exchanges due to quickly changing inventory.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving, and once approved, please send items back with tags attached, receipt and note explaining exchange.

You must pay for shipping back to us, but we will ship your exchanged item with Free Shipping on US Orders!

All jewelry, and intimates (Bralettes, Undergarments) are non-returnable.
